Total changes its name to TotalEnergies

Total has changed its name to TotalEnergies following a vote at the lastes shareholders meeting, in which the proposed rebrand gained the support of 99.88% of shareholders.

 

In addition, the Shareholders’ Meeting issued a favourable opinion on the company's ambition of becoming carbon neutral by 2030. The shareholders voted with more than 90% of the votes cast, in favour of the resolution proposed by the Board of Directors, thus supporting the strategy proposed by the Board of Directors.
