RWE and the Swedish Port of Karlshamn have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to investigate the potential of Baltic Sea offshore wind hubs.This collaboration aims to assess if the Port of Karlshamn could serve as a viable harbor for the logistics, installation, operations, and maintenance activities associated with RWE's proposed offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea. Initially, the partners will evaluate the requirements and essential infrastructure enhancements needed to expand the port's capacity.
