psm WindService became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Windtechnik this year and at the turn of the year the company will become fully owned by Deutsche Windtechnik X-Service and cease to exist as an independent company.
As part of the merger, there will also be some changes in the management of psm WindService. Torsten Stoll will be leaving the company at the end of the year to take on a new position as the managing director of wpd windmanager Erkelenz. The managing directors Holger Hämel and Severin Mielimonka will continue operations seamlessly from January.
