Pattern Energy closes the sale of its Japanese assets

Pattern Energy has announced it has closed the sale of its directly owned Japanese assets and 100% of its interest in its affiliate in Japan, Green Power Investment (GPI), to NTT Anode Energy Corporation and JERA.

 

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pattern Energy acquired a majority ownership stake in GPI in 2015 and has since grown into an independent renewable platform in Japan with a team of over 200 professionals.
