Econcern and wind project developer Terra Nova have reached an agreement on the transfer of 100 per cent of the shares of Terra Nova SARL in Soissons, France.
Terra Nova's entry into the Econcern group became effective as per 1 November 2006. Founded in 2002, Terra Nova develops onshore wind farms in France. The company has a project portfolio of 66 onshore wind farms in development. The projects, which are set to generate a total of approximately 1000MW, are located primarily in the Northern Region of France.
