Iberdrola has increased its renewable capacity by 9.1% in the last 12 months, currently standing at 38,305MW. The company has commissioned 3,200 MW of new renewables.
Windpower accounted for a 4.9% increase in capacity - onshore and offshore - to 20,705MW: 1,258MW offshore and 19,447MW onshore. Iberdrola's renewable capacity has improved in most of the countries where the company operates: Spain (+9.9%), the United Kingdom (+2%), the United States (+4.5%), Brazil (+14.6%), and the rest of the world, whose renewable capacity has grown by 29%. The company has managed to increase its production with this clean energy by 6.6% to 12,121 GWh.
