Deutsche Windtechnik has announced that its Taiwanese subsidiary (Deutsche Windtechnik Taiwan) will now operate under the name DWT. The change is part of an international effort to create a simpler, unified brand identity.
Founded in 2018, Deutsche Windtechnik Taiwan works exclusively in the offshore wind sector. Its services include inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, major component exchanges, and offshore logistics support, including the operation of crew transfer vessels. The company plans to establish an Asia-Pacific Control Centre by mid-2026, which will serve as a regional hub. The rebrand is being introduced across several countries, with subsidiaries in the USA, the UK, France, and Poland also adopting the DWT name.
