DeepOcean strengthens its digitalisation and automation portfolio through the acquisition of btwn AS, a digital transformation company. DeepOcean has acquired 100 percent of btwn's shares from the company's employees for an undisclosed amount.
 
Headquartered in Sandnes, Norway, btwn has 11 employees. Pronounced "between," btwn is a digital transformation company specialising in replacing manual processes with automated solutions. The company has a track record in digital transformation activities within ocean-based industries, including renewable energy, oil and gas, aquaculture, and maritime. In addition to becoming an integral part of DeepOcean's digital innovation team, btwn will continue to operate as a stand-alone brand, catering to both DeepOcean's existing and potential customers.
