Windergy India 2026 will serve as an industry meeting point for stakeholders across the wind energy sector, including developers, manufacturers, investors and policymakers. The event aims to facilitate exchange on technology developments, project execution and sector challenges, alongside opportunities for collaboration. The 8th edition is scheduled for 7–9 October 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre. The programme will cover areas including turbine technology, component manufacturing, digitalisation, grid integration, energy storage, operations and maintenance, offshore wind and other emerging wind applications. |

The event will include a three-day trade fair, a two-day conference, technical workshops, round tables, live demonstrations and business-to-business and business-to-government meetings.
Windergy India 2026 is supported by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, along with industry and international organisations including the German Agency for International Cooperation, German Wind Energy Association, German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation, Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade, Danish Energy Export, India Energy Storage Alliance, National Institute of Wind Energy, Indian Wind Power Association, National Solar Energy Federation of India, Net-Zero Energy Transition Association and Skill Council for Green Jobs.
Exhibitors are expected to include original equipment manufacturers such as Suzlon, Envision, Senvion, Adani, Venwind Refex, Nordex, Sany, GE Vernova and Vayona Energy, as well as component suppliers including Winergy, ZF Wind, Bonfiglioli, Globe Ecologistics, Nexhs Renewable, Mobil, Nabros and Sanghvi. Country pavilions from Denmark, Germany and Spain are also planned.
