Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 29 V90-3.0 MW turbines for the Philippines from Energy Development Corporation (EDC) for the Burgos project.
The contract includes delivery, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines, associated civil and electrical works as well as a 10-year AOM5000 service contract. Delivery of the wind turbines will begin in the fourth quarter of 2013 and commissioning of the wind power plant is expected to take place during the second half of 2014.
