Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 60MW for projects in Brazil. The customer is Atlantic Energias Renováveis S.A.
Thirty V100-2.0MW turbines will be supplied for the Renascenca V and Eurus II wind park in Rio Grande du Norte, Brazil. The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a five-year service and maintenance agreement with the Active Output Management package, AOM 5000. Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in Q4 2012, with completion estimated for Q3 2013.
