Vestas has received an order from Eolus for projects Fågelås, Boarp, and Dållebo projects in Sweden. The projects consist of seven V162-6.2MW turbines delivered in power mode 6.4MW, four V162-6.2MW turbines, and four V150-4.5MW wind turbines respectively.
 
The scope of the order includes supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines. Upon completion, Vestas will service the turbines under a long-term service agreement. Turbine delivery is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025 with commissioning scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
 
Vestas has also secured a 77MW order with GS E&R for the YD1 Wind Farm in Gyeongsang-do, South Korea. The order includes supply and supervision of installation of 18 V136-4.2MW wind turbines delivered in 4.3MW operating mode. Delivery of the turbines will begin in the first quarter of 2025, with commissioning scheduled for 2026.

Furthermore, Italian renewables producer Edison Rinnovabili has placed an 81MW order for the repowering of the Roio del Sangro, Monteferrante Guado, Monteferrante Casone, and Montazzoli wind parks in Abruzzo, Italy. The contract includes the supply and installation of 18 V136-4.5MW wind turbines, as well as a 10-year operation and maintenance service agreement. Turbine delivery is expected for the second quarter of 2025 while commissioning is planned for the last quarter of the same year.

Vestas has also received a 554MW order to power an undisclosed wind project in the USA. The order consists of 123 V163-4.5MW turbines. The orders include supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a multi-year service agreement. Turbine delivery begins in the third quarter of 2026 with commissioning scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
