Suzlon has secured a 250 MW wind order from Torrent Green Energy, a Torrent Group company. This is the sixth order from Torrent, taking the companies' cumulative partnership to more than 1.3 GW across Gujarat, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
Suzlon will supply 76 S144 turbines, each with a capacity of 3.3 MW, along with grid integration and long-term operation and maintenance services.
