Senvion has signed a new contract totalling over 40MW in the UK.
Senvion will be supplying turbines to the A’Chruach Wind Farm in Argyll and Bute in Scotland, developed by Infinis Energy plc (Infinis). Located within the Kilmichael Forest area in Mid Argyll, the A’Chruach Wind Farm will consist of a mixture of 12 MM92 turbines and nine MM100 turbines, with a total rated output of 42.6MW. construction is due to start next summer with handover completed at the end of 2015. Senvion will provide the full maintenance of the wind farm for five years.
