Gemini Corporation has announced the construction completion of its first wind energy project for Kettle Hills Wind Energy Inc, located in southern Alberta, Canada.
This was the first phase of a 63MW wind farm development. Gemini's subsidiary, Kinetic Projects Inc, completed the civil construction work for the turbines and substation. The energy generated from this installation will be delivered to Alberta’s provincial power grid. It is anticipated that further opportunities to participate in this project will be available as the second phase is completed over the coming months.
