Enel Green Power (EGP) has completed and connected to the grid the Dominica II wind farm in the Mexican state of San Luis Potosi.
The new facility adds 100MW to the capacity of the already online Dominica I, bringing the total installed capacity of the Dominica wind complex to 200MW. The power plant is located in the municipality of Charcas and comprises 50 wind turbines of 2MW of each. EGP has invested a total of approximately US$ 160 million in the construction of Dominica II.
