DONG Energy has awarded an eight year framework agreement to the Briggs Group for the contingency and repair of export and array cables for offshore wind farms throughout the UK and Northern Europe.
The agreement covers all DONG Energy's sites in Europe, including nine offshore wind farms in the UK, five in Denmark and four in Germany. The new framework agreement will run from May 2015 for a fixed period of five years with the possibility of extending the contract by three years.
