Dominion puts offshore wind research project on hold

Dominion Virginia Power has put on hold its two-turbine offshore wind research project planned for the coast of Virginia. The project turned out to be more costly than expected. Dominion will now look for ways to cut costs and the company  hopes to have the project operational by 2017.
