Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), through it fund CI II, has announced agreements to divest ownership of its Texan wind farms Blue Cloud and Fluanna I to TC Energy, a Canadian energy infrastructure company.
The financial details of the transaction are not disclosed. Fluvanna I is located in Scurry County, Texas, and has a total capacity of 155MW. Commercial operations commenced in 2017. The Blue Cloud wind farm is located in the Bailey and Lamb Counties of Texas and has a total capacity of 148 MW with commercial operations commencing in 2018.
