Allianz Capital Partners (ACP) has acquired three wind farms in Finland. ACP signed an acquisition agreement for the wind parks with Portofino New Energy B.V., which is owned by Impax New Energy Investors II LP.
The Joukhaisselkä and Kuolavaara-Keulakkopää wind parks are located in Lapland, a region in the north of Finland, and benefit from a joint operations and maintenance base. The Saarenkylä wind park is close to the western coast line, situated in the region of northern Ostrobothnia. Together, they have a total capacity of 107.7MW.
