Final closing of the acquisition of Availon Holding GmbH has now taken place.
Following the approval from all relevant authorities, Vestas has today, as expected, completed the acquisition of Availon Holding GmbH. Availon will from today be included in Vestas’ financials. The outlook for 2016 is maintained as the acquisition was incorporated in previously announced expectations.
