Suzlon Energy Limited, the third leading* wind turbine manufacturer in the world, announced today it was appointing Silas Zimu as country CEO and setting up an office in South Africa.
Previously Silas Zimu was Managing Director of the utility company City Power. Suzlon plans to install 800MW of wind energy plants in South Africa over the next two years.
