NextGeo, an international company specialising in marine geosciences and offshore construction support services, with a focus on renewable energy, has appointed Frank Koopman as Offshore Wind Strategy Director.Koopman brings over 20 years of experience in the offshore energy sector to his new role. Prior to joining NextGeo, he served as Global Director of Offshore Wind and Global Director of Marine Site Characterisation at Fugro from 2019 to 2023. In these positions, Koopman was tasked with overseeing the company's growth strategy, innovation portfolio, and investment programmes for their offshore wind and renewable energy business.
