Guangdong Keen Offshore Engineering has signed an agreement with Zhejiang Rich Offshore, a subsidiary of Ming Yang Wind Power, to jointly develop offshore wind power.
The two companies will work together for the installation, maintenance, design and operation of offshore wind farms. Guandong Keen Offshore Engineering ordered its first jack-up wind turbine installation platform in September 2015 and it will be delivered in the first half of 2017.
