European Green Transition reported continued growth in its wind energy services business during the first half of 2026, supported by increasing demand for operations, maintenance, repair, monitoring and repowering services.
The business generated revenue of approximately £8.5 million during the six months ended 30 June 2026. Following the acquisition of the wind energy services business in February 2026, European Green Transition recorded statutory revenue of approximately £6.8 million for the four months since completion.
The acquired business, which includes Earthmill Maintenance, Silverford Engineering, Wind Energy Partnership and Anemos Analytics, has continued to expand its activities across the UK wind market. Integration of the businesses is progressing, with the company reporting continued customer activity and project delivery.
The repowering orderbook grew to 65 signed agreements by the end of June 2026. At that point, 30 projects had received planning approval, 20 projects had started with deposits received and eight repowering projects had been completed.
Anemos Analytics, in which European Green Transition increased its stake to 79% in May 2026, continued to expand its monitoring activities and had contracts covering 133 turbines across the UK.
The company expects its wind energy services business to generate revenue of between £17 million and £18 million for the 12 months ending 31 December 2026. European Green Transition said growth is being supported by increased interest in repowering as wind turbine owners seek to improve performance and extend the operating life of existing assets.
