Esvagt has completed the acquisition of the service operation vessels Breeze Enabler and Brint Enabler from Edda Wind through a 100% share purchase of the two Spanish vessel-owning entities. Both vessels are on long-term contracts with Ocean Breeze in Germany and Vestas in the United Kingdom.
The contracts have been transferred to Esvagt, and the existing crew have been offered employment with the company. With this acquisition, Esvagt’s SOV fleet now totals 12 vessels. Three additional vessels are under construction for projects in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the USA, with delivery scheduled for 2026.
