Catch the Wind has announced that Robin Roge, CPA, has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, succeeding David Samuels effective immediately. Since 2009, she has served as director of accounting of the company and has performed its controller function.
Ms. Roge will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for the Company until a permanent replacement is hired. Mr. Chris Lowe, who was recently appointed as an independent director of the Company and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, will provide oversight of Catch the Wind’s financial activities. In connection with the management change, Catch the Wind has retained the services of an independent financial advisor who will provide counsel to Ms. Roge, and drive the Company’s funding and capital markets initiatives.
