WePOWER will manage all business development, sales, marketing and strategic development for PacWind on an exclusive basis. WePOWER will manage all business operations related to the energy created by PacWind's vertical axis wind turbines including the tax incentives, energy rebates and carbon credits. The companies will focus on developing wind energy applications in densely populated urban and suburban markets, taking advantage of PacWind's vertical axis technology, as well as the traditional rural markets, like wind farms.
