Romande Energie France and Calycé Développement have signed a co-development partnership covering a portfolio of 15 wind farm projects in France, representing a total output of 646MW.
Under the terms of the partnership, Romande Energie will acquire interests in six early-stage projects (50% shareholding), seven late-stage projects (100%), a guaranteed project (80%) and a wind farm that is already in operation (100%). Calycé's team will continue to manage all projects until they are ready to be built.
