First monopiles for Thor offshore wind farm delivered by EEW SPC

EEW SPC has completed the first of twelve monopile shipments for the Thor offshore wind farm at the port of Rostock, Germany. So far, 15 of the 36 monopiles being manufactured by the company have been collected. The remaining deliveries are scheduled to be completed by July 2025.

The nacelle was manufactured at the company’s facility in Taichung and is the first SG 14-222 nacelle to be produced and installed offshore in Taiwan.
