FLiDAR has recently strengthened its team with three experienced engineers.
Jean Huvelle is the newly appointed Operations Manager. He is a mechanical engineer with experience in the offshore wind sector, previously working for the Belgian wind farm developer Cpower. Matthias Borremans, also a mechanical engineer, joined FLiDAR as Technical Manager. His role is twofold. He is in charge of data monitoring for the different operational projects. Secondly he oversees the continuous improvement of the FLiDAR buoy by optimising design, integration and choice of components. Reinhardt Stevens fulfills the role of Commercial Manager, focussing on business development and client satisfaction. Internally he manages the business administration such as finances and legal issues. As the most senior of the three recruits he has numerous years of experience in the international offshore industry and more recently in wind farm development.
