Sunrise Wind receives final approval from US Department of the Interior

Sunrise Wind has received approval for its construction and operations plan (COP) from the US Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). This is the final permit needed from the federal agency to move the project towards the start of offshore construction.
Germany announces offshore wind tender awards for 2,500 MW wind projects

The Germany Federal Network Agency has announced the results of the offshore tenders for areas that were not centrally pre-investigated, with a bidding deadline of 1 June 2024. The dynamic bidding process for both areas raised a total of €3.0225 billion.
