Manufacturing Monopiles and Transition Pieces for Offshore Wind Farms
Smulders Groep have been involved in the wind energy business since 1994. They recognised that the construction of an offshore wind farm requires a specialised production plant. Therefore they acquired a facility in Hoboken, Belgium, for the production of monopiles and transition pieces.
