Apollo Global Management has reached a deal for the exclusive right to invest in the Arthur Kill Terminal project, a wind energy staging and assembly port in New York City's Staten Island borough.
The project, to be led by Atlantic Offshore Terminals, will be a shore-based facility that can support construction and installation of offshore wind-turbines. The project is scheduled to begin operating in late 2025.
