International Ocean Vessel Technical Consultant (IOVTEC) has announced the signature of a MOU with Valour Offshore Marine Services (VOMS) bringing the new DP vessel, Avatar Courage, into Taiwan.IOVTEC and VOMS formed a strategic alliance to provide integrated services to Taiwanese offshore wind projects. They can provide geotechnical survey, bubble certain solutions, heavy spare part transportation and crew accommodation. Aside from survey purposes that a normal DP vessel focuses on, Avatar Courage has additional capability and flexibility to deliver various construction support.
