NovaWind JSC, Rosatom's wind energy division, will build three new wind farms: the Bondarevskaya and Karmalinovskaya wind farms in Stavropol Krai and the Marchenkovskaya wind farm in the Rostov Region.
In September 2020, NovaWind received permission for the construction of the Bondarevskaya wind farm. The construction of the Karmalinovskaya and Marchenkovskaya wind farms is already started. The Karmalinovskaya wind farm will have a total capacity of 60 MW and consists of 24 2.5MW wind turbines. The Bondarevskaya wind power plant with capacity of 120MW will become the third wind power plant in the region. The wind park will consist of 48 wind turbines with a capacity of 2.5MW each. The Marchenkovskaya wind farm in the Rostov region will have a total capacity of 120MW. The site will be equipped with 48 wind turbines with a capacity of 2.5 MW each.
