Hansen Transmissions International N.V. has announced the appointment of Mr Hans Ooms as Director of Investor Relations.

Hans (42) has extensive experience in investor relations and finance and his role will be to enhance the investor communications function at Hansen and support the management team. He will divide his time between Hansen's headquarters in Belgium and London. Prior to joining Hansen, Hans was Director of Finance at Royal Properties nv and before that he held a number of senior positions at Telindus, a Belgian network technology company, including Head of Investor Relations, Strategic Financial Planning and M&A between 2000 - 2006. Previously he had held positions in Private Equity and Debt Financing.
