Eni, through its local renewable subsidiary ArmWind, has started the commercial production of the Badamsha wind farm located in North-West Kazakhstan, in the Aktobe Region.
 
The Badamsha Wind Farm has a capacity of 48MW and will provide the region with an annual power generation of about 198 GWh. Last year, Eni, also won a further 48MW in an action held by the Kazakh Authorities. The project will be built as extension of the current wind farm.
