For the planned 900 MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm, EnBW has sealed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for 50MW with the Stuttgart-based technology and services company Robert Bosch GmbH.
The output is the equivalent to around 200 gigawatt-hours of electricity per year. The power purchase agreement (PPA) runs for a term of 15 years starting in 2026. The “He Dreiht” wind farm will be built about 90 kilometers northwest of Borkum and around 110 kilometers west of Helgoland and is scheduled to enter operation at the end of 2025. EnBW is planning to make the final investment decision in the first quarter of 2023.
