Dentons’ Banking and Finance and Energy and Natural Resources teams in Warsaw advised financing institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, DNB Bank Polska, mBank, Bank Pekao and PZU, on the financing granted to Potęgowo Mashav for the extension of the Potęgowo wind farm.
The new financing will be used to extend the wind farm by an additional 37.4MW (Wieliszewo project). Once completed, the Potęgowo wind power plant’s total capacity will reach 256.9MW. Potęgowo Mashav is a special purpose vehicle controlled by the Israel Infrastructure Fund.
