China’s National Energy Administration (NEA) published the Notice of Publishing the Results of 2018 China Wind Warning Mechanism (the Notice).
Gansu, Jilin and Xinjiang provinces received red warnings in 2018 and will not be allowed to approve and connect new projects. The NEA also changed the warning result of IMAR and Heilongjiang from red in 2017 to orange in 2018, and changed the result of Ningxia from red in 2017 to green in 2018.
