Deutsche Windtechnik and the Danish project developer and operator European Energy are expanding their cooperation in the area of onshore maintenance. The companies already have a number of existing agreements, and representatives of both companies signed an additional full maintenance contract for the Briesensee and Gaurettersheim wind farms.
The agreement will run for ten years. The new full maintenance contract will come into effect in 2019 and includes all maintenance activities in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, including repairs and replacement of large components and rotor blades, if necessary. Deutsche Windtechnik guarantees an energetic availability for the turbines of 97 per cent.
