Pioneer Power Solutions, a manufacturer of electrical equipment for utility, industrial, commercial and wind energy applications, has announced that it has appointed Daniel Charette as President of Pioneer Wind Energy Systems, Inc. (Pioneer Wind), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer Power Solutions.
Mr. Charette was previously the Vice President of Sales and Business Development of AAER Inc., a company acquired by Pioneer in August 2010 and now doing business as Pioneer Wind Energy Systems. As President of Pioneer Wind, Mr. Charette will be focused primarily on expanding the company's sales and distribution network, contracting new community wind projects and on completing existing proposals undertaken by AAER prior to its acquisition by Pioneer Power Solutions.
