Vitasti, Inc. has announced that its current acquisition, Welwind Energy International, has completed a land lease agreement for the build out of a wind farm in Zhanjiang, China. Welwind plans to build 50MW in the first phase of a 600MW wind farm on this property. Construction on the first 50 megawatt project is scheduled to commence in August 2006.
