AAER Inc. has announced that it has shipped the first of two 1.5MW wind turbines to Windland Inc. for their wind farm project in Tehachapi, California, USA.

The agreement to supply Windland with two 1.5MW wind turbines was announced in April 2008. In addition to the turbine sales agreement, worth approximately US$ 4.2 million plus shipping cost, AAER also entered into an extended warranty, maintenance and service agreement with Windland for a period of five years.
