Welwind Energy International Corp. has announced that it has signed a Development Services Agreement with Windcor Power Systems Corp. to develop its current wind projects in China and British Columbia, Canada.

The company further announces that it has begun negotiations for a wind and solar energy project in the Caribbean. Additional details will be released as they become available.
