Dialight Corporation's D264 Series LED-based flashing red beacons are being optimised for wind farm installations by two OEM distributors.

Dialight provides its standard D264 beacons, which are modified to incorporate an integral photocell, controller and GPS-based synchronised flasher module in a compact design that eliminates the need for additional control cabinets and wiring. The GPS module serves to synchronize the flashing of beacons installed in wind farms. Designed for both new installations and as replacements for 300mm incandescent obstruction lighting fixtures, the beacons are available in both 48VDC and 120/240 VAC versions.
