Mortenson Construction recently celebrated the completion of its 50th wind power project. In the last decade, Mortenson has constructed 34 percent of the wind energy capacity in the U.S. to date.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, it was only fitting that Mortenson would reach this milestone by completing the project in its own backyard. The Fenton Wind Farm in Chandler, Minn. is the single largest installation of wind energy in Minnesota to date. It has the capacity to produce 205 megawatts (MW) of power.
