NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc. has announced that it has signed a professional services agreement (PSA) with ENMAX Corporation covering the development of Phase One (320MW) of NaiKun's offshore wind farm proposed for Hecate Strait in northwestern British Columbia, Canada.

In March 2007, NaiKun and ENMAX entered into an agreement to work together in strategic areas of development for the first phase. The PSA signed today describes in detail the resources that ENMAX is committing to the project and the ways in which ENMAX can contribute to ensuring the wind farm is designed and built to achieve optimal results.
