On June 26 2007 Alstom announced its acquisition of the Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Ecotècnia for €350 million.
Garrad Hassan Ibérica (together with staff from the UK head office) acted as Alstom's Adviser on both technical and commercial issues for this acquisition. Garrad Hassan (GH) advised Alstom on both commercial and technical aspects of the transaction.
